The Rainbow system provides peace of mind for anyone in need of safety and quick assistance, whether at home or on the move. With one simple press of the button, the 24/7 care centre is alerted. When an alarm is triggered, the care centre calls the device back immediately. Thanks to the auto-answer function, a two-way voice connection is automatically established with the device holder. If needed, the pre-registered contacts are alerted right away. If none of them respond, the care centre will immediately notify the emergency services or police.

You can carry the compact alarm button on your keychain or wear it around your neck. The system includes smart location tracking, so you always know where the wearer is. A safety zone can also be set: if this zone is left, an alert is automatically sent to the care centre. This makes the Rainbow system especially suitable for seniors, people with dementia, or those with high care needs.

The device is splash-proof and can be easily charged overnight using the supplied charger. The battery lasts between 24 and 48 hours depending on usage, and it sends a warning when the battery is running low.

The service includes 24/7 emergency monitoring via the care centre, access to an online portal with live tracking, helpdesk support, and use of the device itself.

The device is fully configured, activated, and shipped via Bpost. You can easily install the device yourself at home. The one-time cost for this service is €35.00.

If you prefer home installation with a brief explanation, the cost is €85.00.

To stop the service, you either return the device yourself or arrange for pickup.
