The Smart emergency watch offers peace of mind for anyone who needs safety and fast assistance, both at home and on the move. With one simple press of a button, the 24/7 care centre is alerted. When an alarm is triggered, the care centre calls the device back immediately. Thanks to the auto answer function, a two-way voice connection is automatically established with the wearer. If needed, the pre-registered emergency contacts are alerted right away. If they are unreachable, the care centre immediately contacts emergency services or the police.

The watch is worn comfortably around the wrist. With its built-in location tracking, you can always see where the wearer is. You can also set up a personal safety zone: if the wearer leaves this area, an alert is sent to the care centre. The device is delivered fully configured and activated via Bpost, and can be easily set up at home.

The device is splash-proof and charges overnight using the included charger. The battery lasts between 24 and 48 hours, depending on usage, and alerts you when it’s running low.

The service includes 24/7 emergency alerting to the care centre, access to an online portal with track & trace, helpdesk support, and full use of the device.

The monthly all-in rental price is €33.00 and includes:

• 24/7 access to the online portal (track & trace)
• 24/7 alerting to the emergency call centre
• Helpdesk support
• SIM subscription including call and data charges (additional charges apply for usage in Switzerland and Turkey)

You will receive your invoice monthly. The installation cost will be added to the first invoice.

The device is fully configured, activated, and shipped via Bpost. You can easily install the device yourself at home. The one-time cost for this service is €35.00.

If you prefer home installation with a brief explanation, the cost is €85.00.

To stop the service, you either return the device yourself or arrange for pickup.
