Delivery takes place between 8:00 and 14:00, including weekends and public holidays. Exceptions may occur in cases of force majeure.
The working day before delivery, we’ll inform you of the delivery time (between 15:00 and 17:00) via email, phone, or SMS..
Please ensure there is enough space for delivery and installation, and that the location is easily accessible. For deliveries to upper floors, we ask you to arrange assistance.
Someone must be present during the delivery so our driver-installer can assist you efficiently.
Delivery costs must be paid in advance, after receiving the invoice.
You can pay via bank transfer, debit card or mobile banking app — also directly to our driver-installer.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Renting equipment? You’ll receive a monthly rental invoice at the end of each month.
You can order in three ways:
- Through a Zorgpunt pharmacy near you. There are over 400 partner pharmacies in Flanders.
- Online via our webshop — quick and easy.
- By phone, if you prefer personal assistance.
For most equipment, no deposit is required.
We only ask for a €500 deposit when renting an electric wheelchair or scooter.
