1. Delivery and installation at home with explanation

Renting the equipment? We’ll collect it afterwards for €40 (cleaning included).
We deliver throughout Belgium.
No surprises here: no extra charge per floor. We do ask that the space is easily accessible and that someone is available to assist with delivery or installation on another floor.
2. Free collection at a Zorgpunt pharmacy
Some items can be picked up easily and completely free of charge at one of our 400+ Zorgpunt pharmacies.
Frequently asked questions about our delivery
The working day before your delivery, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., we’ll let you know when to expect us. This will be via email, phone or SMS.
Deliveries take place between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., except in exceptional cases (such as force majeure). Please make sure there is enough space for the delivery and installation of the equipment.
We deliver every day, including weekends and public holidays.

Delivery costs must be paid before the delivery. You’ll receive an invoice after placing your order.
You can also pay directly to our delivery technician — via bank transfer, debit or credit card, or a digital banking app. Cash payments are not accepted.
Are you renting equipment? Then you’ll receive a rental invoice at the end of each month.
Yes, we require someone to be present to assist our delivery technician and ensure everything goes smoothly.
Delivery to an upper floor? Make sure the space is accessible and someone is available to help.
Yes! There are no extra charges per floor. However, we do ask that the space is accessible and that help is available during delivery or installation.
